What you do not get
One municipality, not a region. No block face or aggregate products. No access to prior vintages. Standard licence terms apply, so internal use is fine and redistribution is not.
Why we give away a whole municipality
Because a sample small enough to be safe is too small to answer the question you are asking. You cannot tell whether the positional accuracy is good enough for block-level work from a thousand rows, and you cannot tell whether the postal attribution is sound without a whole street network to test it on.
If the data does not hold up, we would rather you found out on a free file than on an invoice.
